Grupo Pacífico will not accept telephone reservations.

Registration must be done filling the Registration & Accommodation form. One form per person.

All payments must be made in Euros (€).No confirmation will be sent until GRUPO PACÍFICO has received the full payment.

Grupo Pacífico has block-booked some rooms and advises all participants to send their reservations as soon as posible to guarantee accommodation (before September 1st., 2010). Rooms will be assigned on a first come first-served basis.

| RESERVATION CONFIRMATIONS |

Once GRUPO PACÍFICO checks the accepted payments have arrived, the participant receives the confirmation voucher. Please, check carefully this confirmation voucher. In case the selected hotel is fully booked, Grupo Pacífico will book a room in an available similar hotel.

| REGISTRATION CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES |
All cancellations must be sent to GRUPO PACÍFICO in writing (fax or e-mail). Any change of name will be dealt with as a cancellation and a new registration.
- In case of cancellations until July 23th, 2010, deposits will be refunded less 50 € for administrative costs.
- No refund will be made for cancellations received from July 24th, 2010 or registered participants who fail to attend.
Reimbursements of cancelled services will be done from October 30th, 2010. |
